Across the garden from the house, you can relax in your own private space. Your only disturbance will be breakfast being served, either in the room or, on warm days, in the private courtyard.
The accommodation is very spacious, the main room being 19 Square metres (205 square feet) and bathroom 5.5 square metres (58 square feet). There is a walk in wardrobe and large chest of drawers, so plenty of storage space.

Surrounded by the beautiful rolling landscape of the High Weald, the views are quite wonderful. On sunny mornings you can sit and take it all in, while enjoying breakfast in your private courtyard.
Rushlake Green with its village shop and pub is a mile and a half away. There are plenty of walks of different lengths, and cycling is very popular. Being deceptively hilly both can be quite testing.

Our sadly departed egg suppliers
Sadly we have had to give up the unequal struggle against the local foxes. It was lovely having chickens around the garden, laying their delicious eggs, but unfortunately the foxes found the chickens even more delicious! Fortunately there is a free range chicken farm at the bottom of the lane and their eggs are equally good. Wherever possible we buy our ingredients from local producers.
